Pablo Fraile has a Ph.D in Physical Geography from the Universidad de Sevilla. He has been working in the Coastal and Territorial Information Technology Research Group at the same university since 2002. He also acts as an external adviser to the EEA (European Environmental Agency) about sea level rise vulnerabilities, and he has participated in many national and international scientific conferences on the topic.
He has extensive undergraduate teaching experience (over 15 different subjects in the Bachelor degree on Geography at the University of Seville) where he associate professor since 2004. He is currently the coordinator of an European educational innovation project: “Europe islands: development perspectives” which involves another 7 European universities.
